Recently I had been to Ginger to try out their new Night Market Brunch and it has undoubtedly left a lasting impact not only because of the food but the value because it's priced at only AED 108 that includes the following.

🔽unlimited sashimi
🔽unlimited sushi - there's a selection of about 2-3 choices.
🔽unlimited grills from a selection of squid, chicken wings, mushroom, corn, pineapple, beef, lamb, meatballs. The skewers are placed on a table where you can literally choose how much ever you want and they grill it for you and trust me don't miss out on this. I tried the corn, mushroom, pineapple, beef, lamb and it was all spot on.
🔽unlimited starters - Thai fish cake, prawn katsu, fried boneless chicken wings. The prawn katsu is my favorite out of the lot.
🔽unlimited soup - I can't recall what the soup was but I do believe it was Thai flavored and it has this subtle taste, brilliant for this season.
🔽unlimited softdrinks and juices - pineapple, watermelon.
🔽unlimited salad - 2 seafood, 1 veg, 1 chicken, live Thai beef papaya salad station. Whatever you do please do not walk out without trying their beef papaya salad, literally one of the best papaya salads I've ever had just don't get too adventurous when he asks about the spice though else you'll be crying tears of joy and pain at the same time.
🔽flat noodles - kwetio ladaa live station. Didn't try this one.
🔽4 mains - stir fry with selection of sauce, flat noodles or pad thai , red curry or green curry or jungle curry, fried rice or jasmine rice.
Our choice was the chicken stir fry, egg fried rice, red chicken curry and pad Thai. The fried rice was the best - it has a tad bit of lemongrass flavoring, pad Thai was good but a bit too much of fish paste. The other two chicken dishes were good too but not the best I've had.
🔽unlimited desserts. Normally I don't expect much from the dessert section at most buffets because you get the same old pastries but I was wrong lol. The few things that stood out for me were the choux pastry (kind of lost track of how many I had), the chocolate mini tart with a layer of date (I'll describe this in one word - 'beautiful') and the hot chocolate cake.

Don't forget they have free Valet Parking.

The restaurant manager definitely deserves credit for being so attentive and friendly. The service was kind of average but I believe it's due to the introduction of the new market brunch concept (I have passed on my comments). They have created a great set for the buffet by combining the best of Asian cuisine from Chinese, Japanese to Thai. Definitely worth a visit and great value for money.
