Restaurant Description
Seville’s – The Spanish Tapas Bar is ideally located, over-looking the beautiful rooftop gardens at the heart of Wafi. Seville’s offers superb facilities for ‘al-fresco’ style dining with a terrace area perfect for a relaxed drink with friends or more intimate areas for private dining.

The menu at Seville’s has been specially created by our Spanish chef Mariano Andres and features an abundant selection of hot and cold tapas, regional specialty dishes and traditional Spanish desserts. Signature dishes include deep fried calamares, paella de marisco and crema Catalana.

A visit to Seville’s would not be complete without trying a glass of our famous Sangria or choosing from an extensive range of Spanish wines and taking a moment to relax and enjoy the Spanish music.

Seville’s has established itself as one of the most popular venues in Dubai and typifies all the attributes of Spain – passion, charm and vibrant energy!

Seville's is a Spanish restaurant as the name indicates that essentially serves hot and cold tapas and typical dishes such as paella. We selected this restaurant to eat and watch the game of Champions League with Real Madrid.

The restaurant is located on Oud Metha Road, Wafi, to the pyramids. It has a very pleasant terrace with a beautiful garden.
Here are the dishes chosen all throughout the evening:

- Mini pincho moruno de pollo. Skewers of chicken marinated in a traditional sauce. It was OK but not transcendent. I expected more originality. Could well have been skewered Lebanese or Iranian.

- Chorizo ??a la sidra: Pieces of cooked chorizo ??with cider. I must say that it changes the traditional sausage-shaped salami. It was the form of mini sausages. Very good.

- Gambas al ajillo: shrimp sauteed in garlic. My colleagues appreciated. I had my turn on that.

- Tortilla de patatas: Not surprisingly, a little cold damage. I prefer the warm tortilla.

- Cheese Platters: Very good made ??with nuts, 2-3 Spanish cheeses to hard dough.

- Boquerones in vinagre: Some anchovies marinated in vinegar and oil. Also passed my turn.

- Croquetas with cheese: My favorite tapas, croquettes potatoes with cheese. A treat.

- Croquetas de pollo: Same as above but with chicken instead of cheese.

All accompanied by a Sangria, Margarita 2 and 2l plain water.

The meal was OK but not transcendent but the frame is worth discovering this restaurant. Nevertheless the service is a little messy.

Still I have a bit on my end at the quality of the food and value for money.

Areas for improvement:
- Service
- Originality
- Value for Money

Laid back atmosphere and very friendly staff. They used to have the melon carpaccia and ceviche which was really delicious but they took it off the menu for some reason. If you are looking for a chilled place with decent prices and good food and drinks sit on the terrace on a friday or saturday afternoon

My brother and I have been here twice and both of which are of great experience. Paella for us was very delicious as well as the calamares fritos. Hopefully we can taste the Ibérico cold cuts as at that time was not available. We'll be coming back here probably on New year's day
