Iz is one of 13 restaurants in the Grand Hyatt. Beautiful hotel with a huge green park in the middle separating the countless restaurants and shops. Iz Indian cuisine in a pretty classy with an open kitchen where you can sit around and watch the cooks prepared various Indian dishes.

The restaurant also has a beautiful terrace overlooking a park. The seats are quite comfortable designer and cutlery and services.

In appetizers, the server brings a tray with different vegetables, and pappardum sauces. Nice presentation.

The menu is much more concentrated compared to other Indian restaurants and focus on a dozen entries and dozens of dishes, mainly tandoori chicken, lamb and shrimp.

My choice fell on the "murgh makhani", a tandoori chicken with almonds and a creamy tomato. The dish was presented with natures naan. Excellent chicken cooked through and tender in a creamy sauce as expected.
The service was quick as the restaurant for lunch was at 3/4 empty, lap 15-20.

In summary, nice place, great food and opportunity to see and eat around the kitchen. Prices correct based on quality.

Areas for improvement:
  - The service a little uneven. By the time cold and other more sympathetic.
