    About the Chef: Sanjeev Kapoor was born in Haryana and spent most of his childhood in Delhi. He started in the hospitality industry in 1984 with a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Pusa, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition. Sanjeev Kapoor is the most celebrated face of Indian cuisine today. He is a Chef extraordinaire, runs a successful TV Channel ‘FoodFood’, author of best selling cookbooks, restaurateur and winner of several culinary awards! He is living his dream of making Indian cuisine the number one in the world and empowering Indian women through power of cooking to become self sufficient.

    About the Chef: Nobuyuki "Nobu" Matsuhisa is a celebrity chef and restaurateur known for his fusion cuisine blending traditional Japanese dishes with South American (Peruvian) ingredients. His signature dish is black cod in miso. In 1973 at age 24, he moved to Peru (Lima) where Nobu was unable to find many of the ingredients he took for granted in Japan and had to improvise, and it was here that he developed his unique style of cuisine that incorporated Peruvian ingredients into Japanese dishes.
